Securing Lives, with Zero-trust

At Bellbird Cybersecurity Labs we believe cyber security is not a luxury. It is a business necessity. That is why we go beyond reactive defence, partnering with organisations to strengthen their security maturity, step by step.

Handcrafted in India Founded 2025 5,000+ endpoints secured

Why we exist

From our very first day we have been driven by one mission: to empower organisations with cutting edge, scalable cyber security solutions. Our expert team brings deep experience and the agility to secure businesses across industries with our comprehensive XXDR platform, the Eternal Security Suite.

We specialise in cyber security and data protection for financial institutions, banks, hospitals and large corporations with complex IT infrastructures. The technical work is led by a professional ethical hacker with over thirteen years of experience, and we have protected numerous organisations against evolving threats. Our expertise spans vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, threat intelligence, mobile device management, email security and advanced antivirus, which means end to end protection for small, medium and large networks.

With a customisable security suite and a smart dashboard, organisations gain real time visibility of vulnerabilities, threats and network control in one place.

5,000+ endpoints secured

And counting, across banks, hospitals, government bodies and enterprises.

Leadership

The people behind the product

Bellbird Cybersecurity Labs was founded by an offensive security practitioner and a brand builder. One decides what the product has to stop. The other makes sure the people who need it can understand what it does.

Sahil Gaikwad

CTO and Co-founder

A professional ethical hacker with over thirteen years of experience, bringing deep technical expertise across penetration testing, secure coding, application security and advanced cyber defence. Proficient in more than seventeen programming languages, including Python, Perl, Ruby, Lua and Go, Sahil has built innovative cyber security solutions for numerous organisations.

He is a strong advocate for cyber security education. He has trained over 5,000 professionals and students, authored Cyber Security: The Essential Guide, and designed cyber security curricula for leading academic institutions.

Detection before and after compromise

What organisations gain by working with us

These are the outcomes our clients report, written as plainly as we can put them.

Reduced risk

Proactively identify and address vulnerabilities, which shrinks the attack surface.

Enhanced efficiency

Automate routine tasks and free IT resources to concentrate on strategic work.

Improved compliance

Meet industry regulations and data privacy requirements without a separate project each time.

Reduced costs

Streamline operations and consolidate several security tools into one platform.

Faster threat response

Centralised visibility and real time insight across all security functions.

Improved user experience

People work securely without constant interruptions from the security stack.

Better decisions

Real time insight into emerging threats and attacker behaviour, in language a board can act on.

Proactive defence

Deception takes the initiative by luring attackers into traps and neutralising the threat early.

Early warnings

Signals arrive while organised ransomware operators or advanced groups are still scoping you out.

Detection and shutdown

Intruders are detected and stopped before they reach the point of breach.

Multi layered protection

Vulnerability management, threat detection and prevention working as one layered approach.

Reduced downtime

Threats are neutralised before critical systems are affected, which protects revenue and service.

Transition process

How a deployment actually runs

Replacing a security stack is risky if it is rushed, so we pilot first, prove the detections and then roll out in phases. A rollback strategy exists before the first agent is installed.

Assessment and planning

  • Conduct a kickoff meeting with your IT and security team.
  • Perform a system and network inventory.
  • Review current cyber security tools and policies.
  • Identify critical endpoints, servers and risks.
  • Prepare the rollback strategy and the data backup plan.
  • Finalise deployment scope, timeline and responsibilities.

Pilot and testing

  • Select ten to fifteen percent of systems for the pilot.
  • Uninstall the existing solution and deploy Eternal Security Suite.
  • Configure core modules: antivirus, firewall, DLP, deception and the rest.
  • Test detection, alerting, performance and reporting.
  • Collect feedback and tune settings.
  • Obtain pilot approval before proceeding.

Full rollout and optimisation

  • Phase wise deployment across locations.
  • Install Eternal Security Suite on the remaining estate.
  • Ensure every endpoint reports to the central console.
  • Apply client specific security policies and access controls.
  • Conduct post deployment testing, including threat simulation and compliance scan.
  • Fine tune policies and optimise performance.

Training, handover and support

  • Train your IT and security team on daily operation.
  • Share documentation, standard operating procedures and the escalation matrix.
  • Provide thirty days of monitoring support with weekly health checks.
  • Activate ongoing support.

Common questions

Do we have to replace every existing tool on day one

No. The pilot stage runs on ten to fifteen percent of systems while your current tools stay in place elsewhere. We only remove an existing agent on the machines in scope for the pilot, and the rollback plan is agreed before we begin.

Will deception create more alerts for my team to chase

It usually creates fewer. Deception artefacts are never used by legitimate users or applications, so an alert from a decoy is not a probability score, it is a confirmed interaction. Most teams find the deception alerts are the ones they read first.

Can decoys be used by an attacker to get further into our network

They are deployed so that this cannot happen. Decoys are isolated from production, they hold no real credentials or data, and their realism and safety are validated through effectiveness testing before the environment goes live.

We are a small team with no SOC. Can we still run this

Yes. The suite ships with sensible defaults and a single dashboard, and our managed options cover monitoring, triage and containment on your behalf. We contact you when a decision genuinely needs a person from your side.

Which regulations does the platform help with

The suite is built to support compliance programmes across DPDPA, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, CERT-In and other global standards. We supply the controls, the evidence and the reporting. Certification itself is always issued by your auditor, not by us.

Do you sell the offensive security hardware

No. That equipment is used by our own red team and by vetted design partners under written authorisation with a defined scope. It is not listed, shipped or sold on the open market. The responsible use charter on the hardware page sets out the rules we hold ourselves to.
